The problem is that you need to pay attention to the sellers reviews, comments and do your research to make sure you aren't buying a resealed pack/box/container etc.
It's very easy to reseal and put in fake cards now
However once you find a trusted seller(s), you only need to buy from them alone.
Also sometimes legit tcg vendors use ebay to sell outside of their site, be sure to read who the sellers are.
