A slight redesign probably, we'll see I guess if remakes happen. I kinda hope everyone has the same design just in a different art style.

Same. I don't want Team Galactic to get the Team Aqua treatment (aka extremely over-designed). Team Magma's Courtney was okay, but Tabitha looked nothing like the original design.

Not sure. They were a bit more distinctive than Shelly, Courtey, Matt, & Tabitha, which you could justify needed a big redesign to better set them apart from the grunts.

They'll likely get some touch ups to modernize their outfits and maybe hairstyles. Depends also on how different the grunts themselves look.
