The Pokemon spin-iffs had already slowed down massively long before GO and Masters happened, because even in late NDS and 3DS days production costs had already raised meaning that the spin-offs that did modest-only numbers were no longer worth it for companies to pitch, and now with the Switch we are even less likely to see spin-offs. Go has nothing to do with it, and Masters is a mediocre dwindling ''''''success'''' at best.
