Sorry you can't seem to accept it either. No amount of whining will change that they don't put defining regional gimmicks in remakes because that would compromise the sales of the initial version.
This is a company, they want to maximize profit. They did it with FRLG and contests, with HGSS and the underground, and with ORAS and character customization.
