So dumb question but what exactly does it mean when Psychic Terrain 'makes the battlefield weird'? I mean with the other Terrains it makes sense, Grassy Terrain makes grass grow, Electric Terrain electrifies the area, Misty Terrain fills the field with a magical mist, but Psychic Terrain just makes the battlefield 'weird'? What is that supposed to even mean?
