Rinto is clearly here to improve Ash and his Pokemon, there’s no need to get salty over a lost battle. G-Farfetch’d was raging out and spamming attacks over and over without any strategy, and taking heavy damage from the opponent in the process. Rinto and Gallade used their speed and evasiveness to tire him out without taking any damage, then landed a critical hit to end the battle. If G-Farfetch’d wants to evolve into a Sirfetch’d, it’ll need to learn similar tactics, and have patience and discipline to reach its full potential.
