Definitely Flareon. Jolteon has one of the best type + stat distribution combos in the family. It gets speed and the better attack for its type.

Jolteon is good. Nice speed and special. He is the best non-legendary electric type in R/B and you definitely can't say that about Flareon as a fire type

No, it's probably either Leafeon or Glaceon. Umbreon, Espeon, and Sylveon are well known for representing new types and the original Eeveelutions are from Gen 1.

Jolteon was really good but the issue came down to not just powercreep, but its movepool too. I know people love the Raikou comparasions so much but at one point, Jolteon was superior due to its speed, but then push comes to shove and Jolteon's poopy movepool is biting his aas more often while Raikou gets to have a bunch of shit like Scald of all things.

I still wish Eevee-Starter was able to work in SS, imagine the Eevee moves from LGPE on all eeveelutions

Gameplay wise flareon. Espeon,Jolteon,Sylveon,Vaporeon,and Glaceon are basically standard for their types. Leafeon and Umbreon are less so. Flareon might've been good if it had some speed to go with guts

Jolteon is the supreme objective number one pokemon. Flareon is probably the most underwhelming statwise, but I think Leafeon is the least popular. At least Glaceon had its niche of making the last two levels of Conquest’s first campaign a joke, Leafeon doesn’t really have anything to its name.

At least Leafeon and Glaceon's stats make a bit of sense in terms of usefulness. Leafeon has decent speed, good attack and high defense. Glaceon has high special attack and its next two best stats are its defenses.
Flareon is just all over the place. High attack, low speed, decent special attack, shitty HP and physical defense, but good special defense. And that's not even getting into its awful movepool and that its typing is the absolute worst for its ability (Guts).

it's Flareon. Jolteon is extremely fast, has reliable STAB attacks (Thunderbolt and Volt Switch coming from a 105 S.Atk) and its stats suit its typing, terrible moveset for coverage though

Flareon has a slightly better moveset for coverage, but it's frail like Jolteon, much slower and can't really make good use of Flare Blitz and Superpower

Eeveelutions' cuteness is pretty much inversely proportional to their usefulness, so just flip the arrows around if you're only thinking of them as pets.

Flareon by far
