I'm starting to get the "500-dollar Pokemon machine" memes. I just counted the amount of stuff I bought just to play Pokemon Sword and Let's Go.

I literally have NO OTHER GAMES for the Nintendo Switch than Pokemon Sword and Let's Go. This is because I got so bored of Sword after a few weeks that I never touched my Switches again and didn't even bother to check if there are better games for the system.
I've basically spent almost a thousand dollars just to finish Pokemon Sword once.
