Not able to in-game <> not able to at all. They made Manaphy/Phione to show Mythicals CAN breed, but that sometimes they don't make a copy of mummy and daddy like two zangoose do.

I think that Phione is cool, one of my favourite legendary/mythical for sure even though I prefer Manaphy

he's real, he used to come here to /vp/ sometimes.
Cosmoem and Cosmog are poor examples, while they are a fun idea, they fact that they can legit do absolutely nothing, makes it not as fun as Phione or Unown, both of which can at least do something.

That Pokemon Ranger mission and the fact that Manaphy was the first mythical I ever got make it my favorite.

They are based on clione, a genus of sea slugs that had two known species. One lives in cold, the other in warmer climate. They are able to breed so we can see how it changes depending on environment, or more precisely, where the egg was laid.

I never really minded the idea of phione existing but I wish it wasn’t just a weaker manaphy like it would of been better if it simply had its stats be distributed in a way where it does some things better than manaphy but worse in other areas.
