Sinnoh did have secret bases and contests and double battles.
Every game since 4th has had shakey grass in one form or another.
And ORAS and did have megas and amie.
That said, there was no Johto underground, or honey trees. Or Kanto secret bases or contests.
Soooo, eh? It's like a 33/66% chance sinnoh remakes have a wild area and or dynamax but i doubt both.
