I was 14 when it released, and when I saw this for the first time, I felt something that made me want to drop the series, and yet I didn't, despite SuMo fucking up basic wireless communications, and USUM being the same game despite getting paired versions, making me think it would be like B2W2,
and I still bought USUM like a good goy. It took until Let's Go to make me skip a Pokemon game, and the dexcut (which was announced on the exact same day fucking Banjo-Kazooie was confirmed for Smash, by the way) pretty much confirmed that I'll never buy a main series game again.
Unless we get actually good directors like Morimoto or Unno, or hell, even Tani, considering the DLC for SwSh is average at best.
