make his speed 110 and give it hurricane. There it got a niche of being the only Quiver Dancer faster than Volcarona and With tinted lens resists won't be as bad as Volca.

The only way to make Mothim usable would be to dramatically change it's base stats or give it one of the most OP ability to exist, because it's not only a SLOW FRAIL MIXED ATTACKER but one with only 424 BST.
