Say, why do evil teams that intend to cause irreparable catastrophes are always *THIS* close to executing their plans?

Like, I find it hard to believe that they’ve so easily managed to harness literal weapons of mass destruction, or were a step away from surpassing the god of the universe, but were stopped by a child who just caught their first Pokémon last week.

There’s supposed to be an international peacekeeping police, right? So why are they doing a shit job? They should’ve intervened earlier, or something, because this is stupid.
