I'm using DeSmuMe and it seems to get the job done. I was reccomended melonDS as well and I'll be using that emulator on my next run (assuming it's a relatively bug free experience)

Not for me though I AM intrigued by the Universal Pokemon Ranodmizer's ability to unlock impossible evolutions especially in games where I can't get trading to work (DeSmuMe Does NOT support WiFi at all perhaps melonDS does IDK atm)

Usually. If I play one of the new games I haven't played yet (like Black) I'll probably play 'regularly' the first time through but yeah 'normal' rules just don't cut it for me anymore on the classic games which I've played MULTIPLE TIMES
