Seriously, anybody who takes one look at Barb right now can tell that she's not going to live any longer than a few sparse years at most, & then what? Chris has no actual job, he spends his tugboat on toys and games, he's too far gone mentally (and likely physically) to get an actual job now anyway, so what else is there?
You know damn well he's never going to sell all of his garbage, so that'll never happen. Nowhere close to as many people as he thinks actively support him and Sonichu (which he sparsely even makes anymore, anyway), so that revenue will eventually dry up. Honestly, there's only 3 ways that I can see it ending:
>Barb dies, the city forecloses his house & he lives the remainder of his life homeless>Chris gets committed and the city just burns his house down for being such a goddamned biohazard>He somehow gets talked into offing himselfRegardless, it sure as shit isn't going to end well. His story stopped being funny the day Bob died. Now? It's just sad.
