How do I play Colosseum and XD on my computer? Since I can't play them otherwise.

You should just be able to play it on an emulator like Dolphin, I don't think they have any major compability problems

Dolphin runs it well even on weak PCs. If you have a serious ~10 year old toaster it probably won't run, though.

If you have a Wii (or Wii U lol) you could also play it on that using Nintendon't or whatever the kids are using these days to load Gamecube games.
