Why did they only change the BW normal wild battle theme for B2W2, but not the other battle themes, like the trainer or gym leader ones?

BW2 DID have a new Gym leader theme, it also gave unique music to every actual gym. BW already had 2 different wild and trainer themes for double encounters and the battle subway.

The trainer battle theme had incredibly slight changes compared to the other two (listen to the bass). Which annoys me considering Gen 5's trainer battle theme was fucking boring and was the one that needed to be spiced up the most.

Gen 5's was great, Gen 4 and Gen 6 have awful battle themes, especially 6 where it's like 30 seconds of the same shitty guitar riff.

Gen 5 had everything good about the games that's missing from the newer titles, even if you don't like Unova you cannot deny that BW and BW2 had a shitton of content and gave the player plenty of freedom and rewards for exploration.

I like Gen 5 except for some of the music. The low HP and last gym leader battle themes were a terrible idea and I’m glad they didn’t continue with that going forward.

Played for the first time recently. It is REALLY good as Pokémon games go. Major problems for me were the soundtrack (yeah I know it is loved, I hated it) and the new mons designs. I don't think all designs are bad, I just feel they are kind of subpar, also their distribution across the game is terrible.
