Silver on my Gold, get almost slaughtered by Larvitar and that one dark/ice mon and make my through it all, taking a few steps forward, I get a challenge and someone who only alks in ellipses. THEN I saw how strong his Pikachu was. Giddy as I was, I couldn´t even be mad as he sent me all the way down to the Pokecenter with Pikachu alone. Never beat him in there and later lost the cardridge. Worked my ass off to beat him in HGSS. Barely failed. Kinda interested in how that experience went for other players.
