Like IVs/EVs are things literally no player ever asked for, and for most of the series run they were esoteric knowledge that were borderline impossible to learn about in-game itself.
Breeding is so stupidly convoluted and needs access to forbidden tomes of ancient knowledge just to possibly get right, all for the most tedious and grindy mechanic present in the games.
A 'lazy' company would just let you spawn Pokemon in with custom stats to play online with. And that's exactly what 99% of the playerbase WANTS to do, but GF continually denies them then bitches about people injecting.
