I can remember the Steel-type E4 because of his odd fucking armor and the rock climbing dude because he only used fossilmons, but Siebold has unironically no distinctive traits outside of being all fancy and comparing Water-types battling to art, which is something that had already been done 3 gens earlier by 2 much more iconic trainers.
Maybe he had some form of relevance in the Anime, but I never bothered with that
