Alola is visually stunning. As a set location, I'd love to visit it. Sinnoh and Unova have enough setpieces to really make them stand out.
Kalos and Galar really kill it for me due to the fact that their microclimates don't make sense, like how Kalos has a random desert and a perpetually fall area, and Galar goes from Tundra to Desert, and back to Tundra.

Sinnoh, Hoenn, and Johto all have moments where you can do a few battles in orders you please, but Hoenn and Sinnoh have quite a few bonus areas to traverse.
Unova at the very least has post-game locals to visit, which can't really be said for either Kalos or Galar.
