honestly i really like that aspect of regigigas

He is getting a new form this year anyway so wait for its new nature to be beneficial.

Every major Sinnoh legendary has the lore potential to get a "Primal" upgrade in the remakes, probably tied to gigantamaxing and becoming huge as well. Regigigas will definitely be reworked since we just got new regis.

I find it genuinely hilarious how, without Slow Start, Regigigas would still be weaker than some of the Legendaries we get nowadays.

I prefer to think of it like this,
He is not a 160 base attack pokemon which gets halved for 5 turns, he is an 80 base attack pokemon which gets doubled in 5 turns

Actually, Regigigas's total attack is halved, not its base attack.
It's more like the equivalent of base 55.
