I never get why Mirage Island pops out on that route when it would make more sense for it to do so on Route 132/133, in that spot where there's dark water surrounded by a circle of rocks.

Oh God that shit drove me nuts as a kid, I was convinced there was some way to get there and dive. There's even that little spot with no currents next to it, like it's teasing you.
What happens if you cheats to get there and use dive?
