>>46069544I like everything but its body. I know first stage pokemon are pretty chibilike, but this just seems like a "Where do you work out?" "At the library." situation.
>>46069558I like how distinct its design is in comparison with the other clam/oyster Pokemon, and how its actual body is similar to a clam's; just a lump of flesh. Those tentacles it has are pretty neat, too. Seems like a Fire/Steel dual type to me.
>>46069561Hell yeah, big, rough and tough mollusk dude! Feels like the final evolution of a starter. I like its shell gauntlets and battle armor, as well as the swirl motif they have, and how it ends in a sharp, jutting piece instead of an opening. Its color palette is nice and balanced, with none of them really dominating one or the other too much. The tan color you chose for the shell really makes it pop, and those little bubbles on its antennae are a nice touch. I could see the design standing on its own without them, though.
>>46069584I could've sworn I've seen this design somewhere else. Maybe in a romhack? Either way, it feels like its based off of some kind of cryptid or folklore monster. I like how strangely human its hands are compared to its cloven feet. Its thin torso and limbs accentuate its skeletal, almost ethereal motif. What typing would it have other than Fire, I wonder?
>>46069619I love this guy. Seems like a full, alternate regional evolution instead of a regional variant. With how out in the open and mobile it is, I'd have it trade its defensive stands for a fast-paced, offensive build.
>>46069636I love how there are stalactites growing on the bottom of its jaw. Its stubby arms seem more mole-like than whale-like, but given how whales and dolphins' ancestors had four thin, wide paddling limbs, they fit pretty well for a sand-dwelling Pokemon. The stalagmite growing out of its back seems a little weird, but its also likely a counterbalance for his jaw's weight.
