Boltund or Raichu in VGC with Charm, Eerie Impulse, Protect and Howl/Fake Out/Tbolt are pretty fun when they work.
I hate Eerie Impulse being an electric move though, it's fucked me up more times than you imagine.

used this bad girl on showderp for quite some time, she's a great meme and probably the most viable user of blunder policy (the only good thing added in gen 8) unironically

step 1: PLAY on a format without sleep clause
step 2: REMOVE specifically grass types.
step 3: SEND her out on something slower than you
step 4: PUT that shit to sleep
step 5: SUB so you can be prepared for the opponent's options
step 6: PRAY that you miss with DynamicPunch to activate blunder policy
step 7: WIN by spamming spore and bullet seed to your heart's content.

you would be better off putting the +nature in the higher base stat since 202 is achievable in defense without the + and you get a larger boost from the nature boost on a higher base value picrel

That's a great set. I baton pass boosts w/power trip to a normal type so I can't get Spectral Thief'd but haze gets me sometimes.

My favorite lead pokemon is this:

Magearna @ Pixie Plate
Ability: Pixilate
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Def / 252 SpA / 252 SpD / 252 Spe
Modest Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Boomburst
- Tri Attack
- Protect
- Taunt

Taunt first turn to punish people who set up immediately, then ~200 power Boomburst that is super effective against dragons and dark types and bypasses substitute

Impish Nature
- Jaw Lock
- No Retreat
- Baton Pass
- Shore Up

this sets up in record time because being trapped makes no retreat not activate its special status, which lets you spam it. Jaw lock traps yourself and the opponent, so using it on the right mon gives you free +6 everything and a confused opponent and then you just pass it to the power trip/imprison mon to basically end the game. Note that the receiver should be dark type for prankster resist

Good type coverage with 3 guaranteed status moves. Also I like having toxic orb + poison heal on pokemon that you wouldn't expect it to have

I once leech seeded a dracovish and fishious rend took me down to red, ate Sitrus berry sapped from leech Seed Harvested and ate Sitrus Berry got back to 75% health. Will o wisp forfeit. I don't remember my EV spread sorry.

If you can set up your defense boosts it can be incredibly hard to kill, people are surprised when it tanks even fire type moves.
You can replace Silver Wind with Toxic but then you risk running into something with immunity.
