People gave me shit for this, but I don't consider it bad. Back in my sophomore year of college, I had this group of friends who were into weebshit like me, and we were spread across a few houses on the same block. One guy, Pete was 22, having started college late, and he was our booze guy.
Pete also got booze for high school kids and went to the parties. Pretty much everyone overlooked it apart from me, I thought this was sketchy because he never went to college parties when he was invited, but jumped at the chance to go to a party with a bunch of 15-year-old kids. One night, Pete got wasted at a party, so I had to drive down to bring him back to the house.
Me, my roommate, and Pete's roommate were in my car. We got there and Pete stumbles over arm in arm with a girl no older than 16. I made it clear: If she was under 18, I was not driving her to a grown man's house in the dead of night and if that's what they wanted me to do, they should get out of the car.
They get out, and we stay there until they get a cab that'll actually let them get in (he was unsteady on his feet). His roommate gets in with them while I and my roommate get some food and talk about what happened. Halfway back home, my roommate gets a call from Pete's roommate. No surprise, Pete fucked the girl, who turned out to be 14.
I didn't want to get involved, but the next week, I get a visit from the cops. Turns out the girl went home, admitted to her parents she went to a party and went home with a guy. She remembers my car ( the one she didn't even get a ride in) and the name of my street. Cops talk down to me like I screwed up and they know everything already, but I point out that she went 2 doors down with Pete and that I refused to bring them there in my car. They must have found something damning there, or he admitted to what he did, because they took him out in cuffs and he dropped out soon after.
