Post Pokemon with stats inappropriate for it's design, and (optionally) tell how you would change them:

Blastoise:
Highest stat is Special Defense, of all things, at an extremely mediocre 105. It's Attack stat and (especially) it's Speed stat is way too high for it's design, while it's Special Attack and Defense stat are too low
Here's what I would change:
HP: 79
Attack: 63
Defense: 110
Special Attack: 125
Special Defense: 105
Speed: 53
BST: 535

(Bonus) Electivire:
Electivire's main issue is it's 10 point nerf in it's Speed stat. This, combined with it's mediocre mixed-attacking stats, makes it untiered, despite having a very high 540 BST. It's bulk is also a little too low, for how bulky it's design is. Here's what I would change:
HP: 85
Attack: 123
Defense: 87
Special Attack: 55
Special Defense: 85
Speed: 105
BST: 540
While not a tank, by any means, the added bulk is more fitting to Electivire's design, and would hopefully make it a little less paper-thin, and allow it to survive a few more hits. I severely nerfed it's Special Attack, to redistribute it to more important stats. It's controversial, but mixed-attackers are very rarely viable in modern Pokemon + Electivire doesn't have a design or much lore to suggest it would be good at miced-attacking, anyway. If people still wanna use a special/mixed-attacking Electivire, I'd buff Electabuzz, instead. Maybe make it a far less bulky, but better well-rounded fast mixed-attacker
