Is it worth it for mystery event pokemon/items that are unobtainable or even a 6 IV ditto?

Or to transfer pokémon from roms?

I feel like I've always ran into some form of issue using it to move Pokemon between games.

I haven't had any issues with it.
Its not as good as pkhex, but for the convenience of doing it all on my 3DS without needing to send my file to my PC every time, its worth it.

So I'm not the only one. When I tried to transfer my collection between Platinum and Soul Silver the pokedex was messed up. The color palette would sometimes be corrupted and it would crash if you scrolled onto a bad entry.

Oh shit I had that issue too now that I think about it. If only Bank worked with 4th and 5th gen.
What I did was figure out the glitchy entries, delete them from my dex using pkhex and then traded them over so they would register normally.

I even reported the issue on github and someone said "yeah, fixed for the next update."
It wasn't. I kept reverting my saves and trying again after a number of updates and nothing changed.

It's based for the 3ds games, if you're looking for something to use on pre gen 6 just use pkhex since pksm breaks everything before gen 6
