I can see him eventually capturing every single NORMAL Pokemon, but it's kinda impossible sounding to say "Oh yea, he caught every single legendary and mythical, too." Suicune was and is not a catalyst to that, or it's unrealistic to say it is. It's a one-off kind of thing with perhaps a few side mythicals like Mew since Mew is his ultimate goal. That said, anything can happen but I wouldn't bet on him to truly 100% the Pokedex
