New Game Mechanic: Signature Move Bonuses

Description: This mechanic is an attempt to make Pokemon with former signature moves unique again, via giving the move a bonus, when used by the Pokemon

Examples:

Electrode (Explosion): When used by Electrode, Explosion becomes a Special move + 1+ priority

Venusaur (Frenzy Plant): When used by Venusaur, Frenzy Plant no longer has a recharge requirement. This also applies to Charizard and Blastoise, and their Frenzy Plant equivalents. This bonus does not apply to other starters

Blaziken (Blaze Kick): When used by Blaiziken, Blaze Kick does both supereffective Fire-Type damage + Fighting-Type damage. Similar to how Flying Press works

Swampert (Muddy Water): When used by Swampert, Muddy Water calculates damage via the user's Attack stat (despite still being a Special move) + does both supereffective Water and Ground-Type damage

Samurott (Razor Shell): Has 100 base power, when used by Samurott

Slaking (Slack Off): When used by Slaking, Slack Off raises the user's Special Defense by one stage + fully heals the user

Heracross (Megahorn): 95% accuracy + increased crit rate, when used by Heracross
