>beat Black 2
>gives me Challenge Mode
>does not give me Easy Mode as well because it's a version exclusive to White 2
>want to beat Black 2 again on Challenge Mode
>try selecting New Game
>can't save game
>in order to start a new game, have to do a convoluted button sequence which wipes my data
>now try to do a new game on Challenge Mode
>Challenge Mode is locked again
>have to get a key from someone who has beaten Black 2
>get key from friend
>can finally do a Challenge Mode run of Black 2
Why is this shit so complex? The fact that Easy Mode isn't even available from the start for newcomers and that if you want to beat the game on your desired difficulty, you need another copy of the game (and the right version) is ridiculous. Any other game would've allowed you these from the start, or to start a new save file on Challenge Mode once you'd beaten the game.
This could've been an excellent feature to Pokemon, but Game Freak broke it beyond repair.
