Technically, yes, but this Pokémon doesn´t have Baton Pass and also has pretty shitty stats, so it relies of stat boosting for it to be good.

Thunder wave doesn´t have power.

boosting moves like power-up punch also does the stat boost, and stat boost like swords dance also have the same effect.

Yes, they count as a different class

HAHA well that´s because I´m a newbie at doing fakemons so I guess the design can improve by a lot.

The brothers are actually there! but the weaker one transforms into the extremity of the other, just like hydreigon´s hand were a head before.

I also wanted to make the Tuna brother´s eyes hollow to give a sense of mystery and seriousness, just like a soldier kind of vibe.
