Sure, it’s a bit crap that they made Ho-oh and Lugia version exclusive, but getting to choose your starter and having it treated like an evolving version of Pikachu/Eevee is great! They get well-balanced signature moves AND a Mega each! What a steal!
Sure, Wild Battle on and Gym Rematches help you cheat exp, but you need it a lot with the difficulty! I wasn’t expecting every gym leader and rematch after Jasmine to Mega Evolve!
God I love this game, it dabs on FourFags twice by taking Sinnoh’s remake slot and by remaking Johto better.
