My favorite overall, but probably the 2nd best type (Steel comes first)

Krookodile, it's my favorite overall Pokemon too. Love its color scheme and attitude, and I really took a liking to him when playing White 2 for the first time. Not too shabby competitively either. Also have a soft spot for Murkrow (and a plush.)

Man, I dunno, Alolan Raticate? I love its Ratatouille-ass Dex entry in Moon.

Cool as hell, top 5 type. (Others are Poison, Ghost, Rock and Steel, no particular order.)

Bisharp is my absolute favourite Pokémon, I love literally everything about him, from his colour scheme to his personality. The fact that he was my first favourite Pokémon that was actually good competitively definitely made me love him a ton more, hell, I literally put him on every team I make. 90% of the reason I like Pokémon is because of bisharp, if it weren’t for him, I don’t know what I’d be doing right now.

Umbreon is by far my least favourite dark type Pokémon desu, but I do appreciate that it’s opened up a lot of people to the dark type.

That they’re all edgy as fuck, there is not a single non edgy dark type Pokémon and love that, also just about all of them look badass.

Honestly? There isn’t a single thing I’d change about it, imo it is the perfect type and I love it just the way it is.

Honestly? They changed my life, as autistic as this sounds I wouldn’t be who I am today if it weren’t for them and I love em for that. I’m actually working on collecting a plush of every dark type Pokémon to show my love for them.

The Grimmsnarl line, it takes the concept of a devilish spookum & runs with it in separate ways between its evos. Plus while competitive only sees Grimm as strictly a DualScreener I love being able to Prankster Bulk Up sweep because it's STABs are too good to pass up.

Maightyena, but at least it started the trend of earlyish-route Dark shitmons so I can't complain too much.

None of them overcrowd the spectrum of edge. Like starting off with goofs like the Scraggy/Inkay, & the worst offenders are Absol/Zoroark but everything in between are spread out pretty well.

One more Resistance would be nice, since Steel already lost it's own resistance to Dark 2 gens ago I feel as though it wasn't enough.

They're all pretty cool, though since it was specifically introduced to counter Psychics I think they pulled off such a ambiguous theme in a way that feels natural.

Umbreon! Mainly because it brings me good memories of my actual first Pokemon game. Gale of Darkness and Umbreon was my chosen evolution for Eevee.

I just think Umbreon is pretty cool, has pretty good defense and I really like the glowy rings.

The designs and being a counter/foil to Psychic.

An actual Dark Type gym would be nice, the ace could be whatever but they already have enough dark types to make a gym.

Pretty cool. They really need a Gym. One of my favorite types alongside Fire.
