>>46109412It's basically just doubling down on the hardness of the letters of "innit". The first "i" is pronounced somewhere between an a and e sound. The second i is basically silent. Lastly, really hit your teeth hard with the tip of your tongue on the T sound.
And so "isn't it" became the english "innit" which then becomes the scottish "ent-eh".
