>>46106402>"if I keep saying the go-clone is the regullar core remake, they wont wreck my childhood"And it doesn't fit the pattern as well you know. Old-Gen engine, not a new Gen started on the system and critically, wild pokémon mechanics nothing like the core series.
Word to the wise kid, I spent almost 4 years here telling hoennbabs how they weren't going to remake Gen III and in the end, I went and got my copy of AS when it launched anyway (I wasn't against remakes, just didn't think there was a point in remaking them, when everything introduced was included in IV and V and Bank being a thing, hence why I had the opinion). In the end, Game Freak don't care, can they sell these games to kids? Yes, because it's a new pokémon game to them. Will they get nostalgia-driven adult sales? Yes, because it's a reminder of the fun they had as children with the games. Will /vp/ get mad over them? Yes, because they still haven't learned to cope with their place in the hierarchy or the fact that Game Freak work to a general template with how they make and release their games, part of which is remaking an older-gen game in he first new Generation on a new console system, using the engine the new Gen game was made in.
See you later in the year, but remember, I told you this was going to happen and you decided to play the retard card.
