There are popular Youtubers who cover it, who teach people how to do it, there are checklists found easily online. Again it's not the fucking 80s anymore people are incredibly capable of doing so. I knew plenty of normies that don't only have hacked 3DS's, but hacked Switches, Amazon Firesticks/smart boxes (For streaming pirated media), and roms on their phone, and all that shit because any dumbass can look up a step by step youtube video. You'd be hardpressed to find a popular streamer or youtuber who isn't emulating and that's what normies and kids follow these days.
