Which region has the best Pokemon designs, and which has the worst?
From my favorite set of starters to the memorable legendaries, I would say Hoenn has the best. However, gen 1 is a close second. Unova has some great designs, but enough weak forgettable ones (most of the starters and early game mons especially) where it has to be the bottom for me.
