With the addition of Holy-type in Gen 9, and Fairy in Gen 6, can GameFreak continue to justify not making a starter part-Dragon (either as its final stage or mid/first)?

I mean, yeah Dragon resists the GFW trio but there are more unexplored types. Plus, Charizard and Sceptile are part dragon in their mega forms.

And? They are still available mid-game before some rival battles happen.
Starter balance is a joke and always was, starting with how some type benefits from the gym order, blastoise cucked from their secondary type, charizard favoritism and extra mega, swampert bigger BST, etc.

Mega Sceptile is the only one that gives you some advantage by turning its Fire weakness into a neutrality and even then you can only fight May twice with it lmao (one is literally at the end of the game).
