Are you sure it wasn't a group all three titles outsourced to? Xenoblade 2 had to extensively outsource, SS did as well, at least compared to most games that aren't SM. I'm sure Nintendo had to get tons of help with BotW too. In fact, they're credited under SEVEN DREAMS Inc. on Xenoblade 2, implying they're not part of Monolith Staff.
