I don't exactly have a favourite part, but basically any moment involving Chedr, or whatever the rival's name was, was pretty enjoyable. Their seemingly endless SpongeBob quotes whenever the game died was also pretty funny, as childish as that may sound. I can recall getting kinda hyped when they finally beat the Champion.
I've shamefully gotten into the habit of naming every Gastly / Haunter I get "Steak" after their absolute beast of a Haunter.
