The problem with Inteleon is not that it's a spy, it's that its design might be the worst final evolution of a starter Pokemon ever. the proportions are horrific. and im not even one of those morons who criticize every new design I see.

Nah, proportions are good and stylized and slick. It's very well liked, if it were badly designed it would be a bomb like Emboar or Chesnaught, but Inteleon was already ranking high in popularity polls from the get go.

Sobble's themes are the chemical tears and invisibility that get built upon by Drizzile and Inteleon both on the notion of developing more hidden skills that tie with the "secret agent" joke about how agents are always full of various neat gears hidden in their arsenal in pop culture and how it goes from a cry baby to a confident monster in it's adult form. Trying to word it like "it goes from cry to spy?! make no sense...." is being willfuly retarded.

Sobble's confidence improving and it growing from timid to majestic. Typical rags to riches type of thing.
Could also keep up Sobble's theme of trickery by drawing opponents in with its soft expression and overall beauty and then attacking with its fangs and blades. That top-left pic definitely looks like something about to dispatch deceived and unwary prey.
