Talonflame and Corviknight are objectively the best, the others could have had more intrincate designs, they are just birds.

Unfezant is the worst. At least the other normal birds have charismatic designs. This one just gets a shitty gender variant as its gimmick, but nobody gives a fuck about any of its two forms.

The rest are literally cartoon garbage. Talonflame was close to capturing the spirit of the older gens but it's still too simple.

Does anyone know what they were going for with staraptors 'hair'? Is it some kind of reference to something or just a random addition?
I'd go pidgeot>swellow>noctowl >staraptor>(prefer to pretend these gens don't exist)
Where do you stand on the pelipper issue? I reckon it's more of a fearow-tier not a true regional bird. Wingulls cool but not into pelipper
