Well, it'd be possible to run it on bunnelby with huge power. I'm not sure what that'd accomplish with the rest of its stats but having a 564 attack rabbit in little cup would be fun

Jolly 252/252 Rhydon with Accelerite has 359 Atk and 392 Spd. That raises it from base 40 speed to equivalent base 129 speed, outspeeding 252+ Spd Shaymin-S and anything slower.

On one hand, a fuckton of tier borderlines because jesus i can see shit like Kadabra go all the way to UUBL
On the other hand, probably mons that already have decent stats like Scyther, Sneasel, Magneton and Electabuzz would be the few ones to become better (among other dudes but i don't know what else would benefit as well), while everything else remains as niche as always.

On the third hand however, Little Cup Ubers becomes its own tier

1.5x to offensive stats isn't that impressive. It's basically choice item, which you would want to spam STABs anyway. What's unique about eviolite is defensive boosts are rarer on items with AV being the next best thing and also being shit in comparison.
Light Ball Scyther would be a terror, probably OU
