To hack the Switch you have to order a somewhat expensive tool from 1 homebrew guy in russia (think how 3DS capture cards were with japan) and even then it's a precise process that involves soldering and some more parts from amazon that 75% of attempts seem to brick their Switch. Stick to hatching eggs. It may take a week and a half for 1 pokemon but it saves you the headache of needing to use tools / transfer hardware into the console shell and has no risk of bricking your Switch.
