And it can’t learn that move legally, at all. And Rhyhorn is one of the absolute slowest pokemon, so why is it able to use Electron Ball first and for it to be so effective it knocks out an electric type? In fact, why the fuck did Red send in an electric type against a ground type? This is even worse than that one movie in which Pikachu defeated Golem with an electric move.
