Centiskorch is just using the samurai armour plates as theme beside the electric stove and the giant yokai centipede one. Some had those decorations on the helmets, GF just doubled them and mirrored one fo create an X that would resemble the angry expression achieved with those daruma doll style facial hairstyles but it isn't necessarily just "hair".

they do have facial-hair-like details, but unlike the other mons on this list it doesn't stand out as facial hair on their design. Corviknight's "beard" looks like a neck ruff, Gumshoos's "goatee" is a continuation of its belly fur, and Grimer's whatever is a strip of color around its neck area. It's a natural part of the design for these three, unlike the others for whom it feels tacked on. That's why they don't belong.

The foam actually works with the design.
