ORAS came out over a decade after RS, yet was a worse game than Emerald and failed to actually improve upon RS, therefore it should be at the bottom of the barrel. Not to mention that putting Crystal a tier higher than GS when it's 99% the same game and just came out a year or two later doesn't make sense either.

Gen 1-2 should automatically be in the upper tiers since they came first while also being barely improved upon. They weren't amazing games at the time, and still aren't, no - but given that the rest of the Pokemon games after failed to drastically improve upon them despite coming years later means the early games get a higher ranking.
