I usually chip cinderace with slowbro and sand then pick it off with tornadus, rillaboom, or nidoking.
I can taunt set up magearna with tornadus and revenge kill specs with magnezone.

The entire unboosted metagame.
It's not as good as life orb but I always like to have a scarfer and I need a ground type that worked with rillaboom.

Depends on the opposing team. Usually I aim for a grassy glide sweep so that means using my flying checks to take out the bulky flying types and magnezone to remove the steel types. Defensively it's a matter of preserving which ever mons on my team check the opponents potential win conditions.
