I didn't play XY but I did play ORAS which also has that. Triple battles and Rotation battles need to come back in a game with gen 7+ mons. It would be nice to have Dracovish and triples in the same game. Does anybody know of an ROM hack that has this?

the size modifier on a pokemon is a random number from 1(tiny)-8000(gigantic), with a weighted average of 4000(normal pokedex registration size) stat changes are calculated based on this size value, max stat variation is 20 in a stat.

Gyms no longer have an order. The Gym Leader will have pre-made teams based on how many badges you have.

This could easily happen in a region like Unova. Just have the player start in a central city and give them four directions to explore. Or you can have all the gyms locked on the beginning and make them unlockable through side-quests

NPC (AI) trainers are more intelligent and can use switching competently like a real person would. It might make the story mode a lot longer, but maybe that could balance that out by having fewer NPC battles
